  • All visits are approximately 60 minutes. These are one-on-one sessions.

  • Hours are flexible throughout the week AND weekend depending on the client and my schedule.

  • Because we don't have to follow insurance guidelines, together we can create a treatment plan that fits your needs and wants individually. Treatments are in a one-on-one setting and can be scheduled sooner than most insurance-based clinics.

  • This is very client specific based on what the client's goals are and his/her history. This will be determined after the initial visit.

  • Three Bluebirds is an out of network provider, meaning I have no standing relationship with insurance including Medicare. I operate on a private-pay service model where the cost of care is due at the time of the appointment. Having a small therapy business, this is crucial to allow me to spend my time with clients versus calling insurance companies. A superbill (includes information an insurance company needs) can be available upon request if you would like to submit it to your insurance and help streamline the process. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. You can ask for this before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
